Baby yoga allows babies to be handled in a way that brings them enjoyment and comfort, as well as promoting better physical & mental development. Babies are very flexible, making basic yoga poses easily achievable for little ones.

All the stretches are achieved with the guidance of an instructor and with the gentle care of the parents or carers. This exposure to yoga and its movements promotes better sleep patterns in babies and nourishes better motor development. It has also been suggested that the main benefits of baby yoga can include aiding digestion, relieving symptoms of colic (acute, frenzied crying that is connected to digestive problems) and helping prevent constipation.

By combining elements of touch, music, communication and joy, baby beats provides a wonderful setting for you to create a strong bond with your little one.
