We at yoga+ kids believe in conditioning the body, mind and soul of every child starting from the age of 8 months to teens.

We help them build up optimistic and stress free minds of the next generation and enable them to face daily challenges in life. Our program is designed for children and incorporates fun poses with animal sounds, creative games, imaginative stories & braingym movements with funky music. We also believe in teaching children how to take yoga off the mat by introducing them to yamas and Niyamas.
